Payments are accepted safely and securely through Paypal.

Absolutely no refunds will be issued, before or after product has been created and delivered. Refunds will be given only as deemed necessary by Suzy Q Designs. Store credit will be issued only if the situation whereas a customer has a change of heart or needs to postpone production. This is done only on a case by case basis. Please note that our refunds policy is strictly enforced.

Callie Domingues and Suzy Q Designs retains the copyright to all products and services offered and/or sold at Suzy Q Designs.

By purchasing a Suzy Q Designs website template you agree that the html coding and graphic images are copyrighted and (federally protected) by Callie Domingues and Suzy Q Designs and licensed to you as a single user. All product are copyrighted property and are licensed, not sold to you.

Suzy Q Designs website templates and images are for PERSONAL use only and the templates and images are not to be used for commercial gain.

These files are licensed to the purchaser's computer only and are not to be shared, loaned, rented, resold, distributed, transferred or claimed as your own, in part or in full.

Any template, graphics, logos, buttons and/or backgrounds which are created by Suzy Q Designs may not be modified in any way without express written consent from Suzy Q Designs. All graphic images must be used and displayed as they were delivered to you. If you choose to modify any template, graphics, logos, buttons, and/or backgrounds, you understand that this is a federal offense and any measure to correct the copyright infringment will be at your cost.

All Suzy Q Designs templates are to be used for the exact purpose they were intended for. For example, if you purchase a web template you may not use it for your eBay storefront or auction, or for another website, or if you purchase an auction template you may not use it for your eBay storefront, etc. You may not use the template graphics to create collages, banners, or print design materials. As this is again a federal offense and is considered copyright infringment.

Callie Domingues and Suzy Q Designs is not responsible for any errors caused by changes or modifications being made to any of our designs or templates by the client or any third party. Repairs made by Suzy Q Desings to any such errors will incur charges at a rate of $50 per hour.

Unless otherwise stated, all Suzy Q Designs website templates and premade designs are sold as-is, with no color changes or alterations outside of what is described on the product listing. Customization requests will incur an additional fee and should be requested prior to purchase.

The purchase of any Suzy Q Designs website template design does not include the addition of categories, products, photos, pricing or text. Webmaster services are not available at this time.

The purchase of a Suzy Q Designs design does not include the release of layered .psd files. As we retain all rights to any design, this is not part of your purchase.

All text, images, graphics, and other materials at Suzy Q Designs are subject to the copyright and other intellectual property rights of Suzy Q Designs, its affiliated businesses, and its licensors. These materials may not be copied or duplicated at any time without the prior written consent.

These terms and conditions supersede any previous terms and conditions distributed in any form. Suzy Q Designs reserves the right to change any rates and any of the terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice.

Suzy Q Designs reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, based on our own judgement. This is important to business integrity and this will be implemented when necessary. Please, family friendly sellers only.
